We are thrilled to announce an exclusive partnership between Full Circle and DNA Dietician Rachel Clarkson who has offered to record a mini-series on Nutrition specifically to support NHS staff at this challenging time.

Rachel Clarkson RD MSc PGDip BSc

Rachel Clarkson is a nutrigenomic dietitian and University lecturer. She has previously practiced as an NHS clinical dietician at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. She completed her clinical training at King’s College, London with further specialist training at the Royal Marsden, Imperial College and St Thomas’s Hospital, London. She completed a master’s degree in Nutritional Science allowing her to study Nutrition at the Molecular and Biochemical level. She has published research on epigenetics and diet, and previous laboratory research studied diet and inflammation and its connection with chronic conditions. Her areas of interest include food and inflammation; food as medicine; and food and genes. Rachel is registered with the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and the Health Care Professional Council (HCPA).
