Super star Chris takes on the Alps for our ‘Kids in Hospitals Appeal’
Chris Gohl took on the monumental challenge of the Swiss Alps to raise funds for our 'Kids in Hospitals Appeal'. Battling steep rocky terrain and swing bridges perilously stretched over ravines, after 12hrs walking he reached the glacier levels around the Matterhorn. Chris said: "The support provided by Full Circle is really life changing for babies and children in hospitals and not available without Full Circle's and our help. Thanks everyone for all your wonderful support and especially your kind words and support whilst I was struggling up and down the steep mountain sides!"

Reflexology lesson for parents with children suffering from Sickle Cell Disease
Our lead reflexologist, Tracey, spent a morning with parents who have children suffering with Sickle Cell Disease. They learned about how some easy reflexology and breathing techniques can help with the symptoms by reducing stress and anxiety. Many thanks to Barbara Bailey, Haemoglobinopathy Specialist Nurse Counsellor ( Paediatrics) with the Wandsworth Sickle Cell & Thalssaemia Service Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust for inviting us to her workshop.
