Maureen graduated from university with a Speech Therapist qualification and then worked in a global corporation as a strategic and executive assistant to senior executives. She started her Reiki journey in 2013 when searching for ways to improve her health and overall wellbeing. She practices at two London NHS hospitals, as well as St Joseph’s Hospice and Royal Trinity Hospice, offering Reiki to mostly cancer and palliative care patients.

Maureen is a registered member with Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), and she is a member of UK Reiki Federation. Outside Full Circle and her work in the clinical environment, she also runs her private practice from her home in Canary Wharf.

Maureen says: “This is my absolute privilege and honour to offer Reiki treatments to patients in need. Through my work in hospitals and hospices, I have seen first-hand how patients and their families have found support from Reiki during their difficult time in life. Whether this is to manage a symptom, to support them during medical treatments, or to find a peaceful space within themselves to have the strength and comfort to carry on.

I am really grateful for this opportunity to work with such a caring and compassionate team at Full Circle, where everyone is highly focused on professionalism and working wholeheartedly for the patients’ needs“.
