Elizabeth Ariel Moreton – Massage therapist

Ariel loves using massage and touch as a way of helping patients and hospital workers to remember how to feel relaxed and at peace in their bodies. Her training is holistic ITEC level 3 body massage but she also has training in Oncology massage and an understanding of lymphatic work and is passionate about building on her knowledge. Often patients have experienced their bodies as a site of pain and suffering, and simple touch is a powerful way to bring them back to a place of feeling ‘themselves’ again. She also takes joy in providing care for hospital workers who have demanding jobs caring for others. Ariel sees it as a privilege to be able to work with patients and hospital personnel alike, and aims to support each individual in their unique needs.

Ariel is from the USA (Arizona) but has lived in Costa Rica, Malta and now her adoptive home in London. She also has her own private clients in Sydenham, coordinates packaging for a Childrenswear brand and enjoys playing percussion and backing vocals in a band.
