In early 2021 Gabriele moved to France and although she no longer works hands-on on the wards with our patients here in the UK, she continues to support the work of FCFT online with her presence on our Wellbeing Hub where she guides us through hand reflexology for self help, gentle and safe body stretches and her own developed synthesis of different relaxation techniques, a mix of mindfulness, meditation, visualisation, breathing techniques and the ‘Relaxation Response’, as developed and documented by the Harvard physician Dr Herbert Benson MD.

Gabriele says: “My work with Full Circle has been hugely rewarding over the many years. I feel privileged to have provided holistic treatments to patients, young and old, at St Georges Hospital and to have inducted many of our current therapists. I am honoured to be still associated with the charity and their high standards of professionalism and compassion.
